Here are a couple of new BNSF Photos just added to the Recent Photos Gallery on my website. Hope you enjoy them... ...and the second one...
Oh, man, to be back there where the sun is always shining and the traffic is heavy. As opposed to here on the Oregon coast where the sun hasn't shone for a few days, rain is falling, and the nearest tracks are 20+ miles away. Good stuff, Kevin.
I'm glad i'm only a short drive from almost any kind of railroad action i want to see... In fact last night at 6 Flags Elitch's while watching a concert, i got to see quite a bit of action from my seat The highlight though, was a set of 3 DRGW tunnel motors...
Those photos are AWESOME!!! I love running those kind of trains . There is hardly no slack action and they handle very well . You can just rip into them from a stand still

We had 'em here for a while in GJ, and now we have four DRGW GP40s. We have an odd BNSF power consist- a GP38-2 from EMD Leasing in blue, and a GP38-2 in Heritage 1 paint, with an ex-Frisco caboose. The "goat Geep" is also ex-Frisco. The power is used by BNSF to switch the gasoline storage depots west of town (BNSF gives us gas )
