I got a box of N scale from a guy were I work and noticed a new coupler mount on there cars with dummy couplers. The draft gear box is now a real box and is held together with a tiny screw and the dummy coupler have a u mount like there working knuckles so switching the dummy for a working coupler seems easy. Maybe this is not new, just new to me. I normality run Atlas or Mt cars.
