Joe- Sadly, Wolfgang passed away. He did build it. This was part of a modular RR he completed. There is another topic here about it. Cannot recall what he called the RR. Silver Creek, or Silver something or other. A search should turn up the thread. He sold it to a fellow countryman before passing away.
