Unsatisfied with the performance of my Bachmann C40-8Ws, I have decided to rebuild the mechinism yet again. This time I would like to make the engine compatable with other Atlas and Kato offerings, which would mean a new motor to SPEED the engine up a bit. The B-mann motor is a bit small, about the same size as the Concor or Atlas MP15s' motor. I figure I will probably need to go with a 3 pole, but a quality 3 pole will likley outperform tha b-man 5 pole anyway. I have heard of the site Motor-Man, but am unable to find it. I would be interested in other places that sell quality 12v motors.
