    Hi all,

For those that havent seen it here are some shots of my new N Scale chain link fencing. This is a 6 foot high fencing with barbed wire on top, fairly standard stuff and I know you can get it elseware however I wanted the chain mesh to be recessed behind the posts and I wanted personnel gates as well as double opening gates. So for me the best solution was to make my own. Not 3D printing this time but Etched Stainless Steel.

I have used 5 thou Stainless steel and half etched the mesh and details to 2.5 thou, and it looks fantastic.

It is a lot stronger than I expected as well which is nice.

It works great around corners as well!

I haven't used it on my actual layout modules yet but I will soon, once I finish the buildings! There are a lot more photos on my Blog post from last Monday showing the fences and how easy they are to work with if you are interested. Here is a link.

Also because of the interest I have had in them over here I am going to make then available to anybody who whats a set or sheet ect.

There are 3 types of fret

Type 1 is just 10 standard panels, 100 foot of fencing.
Type 2 is the same but every 5th panel has a personnel gate, 100 foot of fencing.
Type 3 has two large access gates with braced panels, 100 foot of fencing.

    A whole sheet has 11 frets. Type 1 x 6, Type 2 x 3 & Type 3 x 2. 1100 foot of fencing.
