Here is a very early pre-construction photo. I set up the track on the 2x4 foam I will be using as a base to test the plan. I played around with it a bit, test fitting some buildings and things. I found I needed t make a few changes for what I have planned. I went back to David's idea of the 18" radius curve piece for the top spur. I also shortened the reverse spur on the switchback siding but found it worked better if I made the main spur a bit longer.
