Some updates I did more landscaping and added a couple of buildings will add some more as I find what I like. Here are some pictures.

For the color I used differant shades of blue acrilic artist paint then 10 coats of ModParge put on with a 1/2" brush using a dabbing motion you will be able to see the ripples as you dab it on.
