    g'day folks...
...I have to strip some GP35 in the near future. till now I only have seen an undecorated GP35 and there the handrails were included separately. on the painted engines the handrails must be glued on. question, how easy is it to remove the handrails on painted engines ? do I have to soak them in alcohol and let the alcohol do the job or will it be easy and with no damage to remove them before ? thank you...

I have managed to separate them using scalpel with no damage at all

The glue is contact type cement. Proceed accordingly.

I removed the handrail with a scalpel, like Bambuko also did
