What is the best switch decoder in your opinion and why for MRC? I have 18 switches that will have tortoise motors on them.
If it is an Accessory decoder, you can use many manufactures. NCE has the Wabbit (small board for 2 Tortoise), Hare (mounted on 1 Tortoise) or Switch 8 (on board for 8, ideal for a yard). The NCE Wabbit and Hare both support 'Auto throw' which allows sensing of an incorrectly thrown turnout (when approaching the Frog [running trough the points]).
