Has anybody else had trouble fitting a new MRC 1645 sound decoder into a new N Scale Kato P42 (#16)? I am having an issue fitting the front part of the loco shell onto the frame. The shell does not seem to want to fit all the way down onto the frame. It seems to be 1/16-1/8" off. It is not too noticeable, but, still, I thought it was "drop-in" and would fit. I followed all the direction to the "T". Filed down all 10 plastic tabs on the frame as instructed and even filed down the LED front bulb a little, filed the recess where the LED sits and even filed a little bit of a ridge on the inside top of the shell. Am I missing something? Thanks for any suggestions.
