These are old cab shots I had a request for. Taken back in May on the BNSF transcon around streator Ill. Vermillion River bridge, Streator Il. CP 915. Control point to NS (ex Conrail) connection. NS connection. CP Streator Streator, Ill depot. New unit grain train loop track, Ransom Ill. More grain finds it way onto the ground than into the cars.
Neat views! Is it just me, or do those lineside signs appear small from the cab? Do you ever have visibility troubles in spotting, or reading them? That sure seems like a lot of grain lost on the ground! I suppose it's all factored into prices. But.....? Boxcab E50
