Hemi's recent post about making an A-Team van got me thinking about what movie and or TV cars or scenes we all might have on our layouts. For me, I have the absolute best Batmobile from the late 70's Batman TV series roaming the layout And a couple of different DeLorean's from the Back to the Future movies So what about you all?
I don’t have anything movie/TV themed on my layout but will eventually get a Batmobile like yours. On my O layout that was dismantled about 2 years ago I had Batman characters and a Batmobile. I don’t know if there are Batman figures appropriately sized for N available but I would love to have them. From the O layout Batman is keeping an eye on the Riddler. Catwoman and Poison Ivy are planning something evil but Batgirl is on the job. Batman standing guard at the Right Track Baptist Church.
Since it launched his cinema career, I'm sure Spielberg thought so too. Truckers love Petes, but ol' Steve loves that one more.
There are 3-D printed Tardises (Tardi? What is the plural of Tardis anyway?) available on a certain Internet Auction Community in which we find Humor... and I would think elsewhere online as well. I have one in my Watchlist, it's been there since last year.
Thanks Deacon. I looked it up and as Wilbur said to Orville, “You’re Wright!” Both of these characters are well past my comic book years.
I know it’s out of scale but people at shows still love it, but Toretto’s house and his Charger with Brian’s Supra outside on the street. I also have the Duel truck, but I have not built it yet, it’s from Royale Models. I have files for many of the 80’s TV and Movie cars that are going to make cameos on my layout. Oh yea on the Tram layout I have a General Lee being chased by a cop car. (Sorry I don’t have a picture of this right now) And while not a movie car, how about a movie house. This will live on a NTrak module I’m restoring. The original name for the module was “The Urban Module”. I’m calling it “Elm Street”. Is it bad luck to rename modules? There will be a companion module that’s called “Camp Crystal Lake”. This summer they are going to get some build attention.

I have some cars that were released with Touchstone Pictures Dick Tracy. The convertible is not one of them.
