...and put in some glue, closed up and shook the box, opened it and that came out... I just saved that one in a folder called "weirdos".
Taking my newly restored three wheeler out for a test run. I used my wood lathe to reproduce the levers and handles. Also fabricated new pivot brackets for the shaft they rotate on.
Love it! Now for a water jug and lunch box. A few vintage track tools and a bag of spikes and bolts/nuts, then down the track you go!
The velocipede above is now at its new home at the Rosenberg Railroad Museum. They tried it out on their new display track where they will soon park the new additions to their collection coming soon. One of the museum staff giving it a test run.
