I think I may have posted this one before. 44 cars of various make for $34 a car: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Collection-...145812?hash=item1c5d1b2ad4:g:dcgAAOSw~bFWKCUM
"Rare" collection of Lifelike engines...$112 each: http://www.ebay.com/itm/RARE-Collec...203417?hash=item1a093dee99:g:zG4AAOSwsFpWR5tj
It says it's brass, but I've never heard of the manufacturer (Gem Models) and if it is brass then it is cast brass (?). Still the mech says it's 60's or 70's and probably not worth the asking price: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Gem-Models-...199120?hash=item25b0b14b50:g:Wx8AAOSwhcJWORYi
Speaking of brass, I have several of these cabooses since I'm an SP modeller, but they are going up for sale if this one sells. It's not the correct box either since the box is for a large SP caboose with orange ends and this is the older small SP caboose without the orange. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rare-Iron-H...622179?hash=item1a08f80723:g:6aoAAOSwQoFWP9j3
Once I started looking for that sellers other listings, I saw that most of his stuff is make believe prices. More cabooses: http://www.ebay.com/itm/OVERLAND-OM...436909?hash=item1c5c77c32d:g:hDkAAOSwwbdWP9UJ http://www.ebay.com/itm/OVERLAND-OM...603904?hash=item1a08f7bfc0:g:o~8AAOSwT5tWP9Ji A Kato GS-4 (hey, it IS listed as 'rare'): http://www.ebay.com/itm/RARE-Kato-G...065922?hash=item1c5c351102:g:1CAAAOSw7hRWOVAN Even has some Halo stuff (also 'rare') that is priced in make believe land...
He HAS to live in a state where smoking pot is legal !!! Looks like for simple book keeping...he buys em and just adds a zero onto the end of the price he paid !!!!
A bunch (162) of ceramic houses that may or may not be N scale (3 inch replicas, whatever that means) for $600 and $164 shipping: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Miniature-L...780287?hash=item25b1fa98bf:g:sPUAAOSwsB9WAGcQ
This one has been here before but it's back and "SUPER RARE" (much rarer than just rare). Still doesn't say what the "factory error" is but a search showed that he previously answered that the number is 6209 and was supposed to be 6200. Of course, anyone who knows how the printing is done (pad printing, before the printer that could just print directly on the cars) knows that it is almost impossible to just change a number (unless I'm just terribly misinformed). http://www.ebay.com/itm/Super-Rare-...501673?hash=item3d0a75dda9:g:YV8AAOSwAYtWPnfU

Here's a "custom weathered" beaut from the scrapbox for only $34.95 plus $10 Shipping from Moscow, Russia: http://www.ebay.com/itm/N-scale-Cus...588565?hash=item33ac6454d5:g:bs8AAOSwPhdVQ~0Z
I guess you "win" on number of items today... Not really a factory error as far as I know. (Come to think of it, I believe I said the same thing last time...) The 6209 is a lot harder to come by than the other two road numbers, 6200 and 6203. The 6209 was out first, in March 1975 quickly followed by the 6200 in July. (I don't have this memorized! I checked the MTL database.) $700 would have been in the ballpark during the peak period for Micro-Trains cars. $33.35 shipping, not so much.
Sorry, but can't leave this one out. Looks like a figure 8 of track with crap for a transformer..."TRACK HAS BEEN VERY-WELL TAKEN CARE OF" in spite of the broken piece in the lower left corner of the picture: http://www.ebay.com/itm/TRANSFORMER...129777?hash=item2ecdbbc1f1:g:~VYAAOxygPtS1aTy
Yes you did and (I believe) you also posted that he said that he answered and said that the number was wrong.
