No idea what this is doing in N scale being 1/16th scale: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Custom-1-16...447610?pt=Model_RR_Trains&hash=item4ad560723a
I was wondering about how much of a 'set' it was with two WM cars and what looks to be an Atlas boxcar (and of course the Hi Speed locomotive), but I wasn't going to question it since he only ran the set once and put it away...it has to be complete (lol).
I can't even tell what you are bidding on in this one. Bad pictures and no description all for $225 (local pickup only): http://www.ebay.com/itm/n-scale-/171332156426?pt=Model_RR_Trains&hash=item27e4313c0a
Bachmann UP S-4 that's still available from most online retailers for well under $100...MSRP is $129. This guy wants $185!: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Bachmann-N-...153695?pt=Model_RR_Trains&hash=item1c408e53df
Vintage wooden German pull train, what's this doing here? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-NIB...917830?pt=Model_RR_Trains&hash=item20e0d39bc6
Love those (expensive) collectable vintage transformers: http://www.ebay.com/itm/MRC-VINTAGE...413254?pt=Model_RR_Trains&hash=item2588d46e86
Don't waste your time buying those collectable transformers one at a time when you can get this entire collection for one bid. Lionel, Tyco, Life Like, AHM, Bachmann, they're all here. A turn key transformer collection for the want to be transformer collector: http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-LOT...707696?pt=Model_RR_Trains&hash=item233a1b10f0
A great deal on N gage (their words and spelling, not mine). I love it when I'm told by the seller that I'm getting a great deal right in the title. I especially love the Hallmark engine that is included. 'Bid now and receive your special train gift': http://www.ebay.com/itm/model-train...998215?pt=Model_RR_Trains&hash=item2a3d4bb547
Hard to tell if it's a scam given that the seller just joined eBay on May 17 (and I type this on May 22). Could certainly be another screen name for a already existing individual. As for the opening bid amount... move the decimal two places to the left.
Didn't you catch the part about it being made at the Brooklyn factory? That has to make it worth at least five times as much, don't you think?
Looks like it came out of my basement. Lordy, I've got a pile of them. Including a pair of green Fleishmann units. Dave
Kind of unusual to find a box. Those almost always got tossed. Having that box brings the value up- To a couple of dollars for the whole lot.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Bunny-that-...760737?pt=Model_RR_Trains&hash=item3ce1b4cea1 Hat is the wrong color. Bow tie should be two scale inches wider. Ears don't match the prototype. No provision for DCC for the lighting feature. There is plenty of photo evidence available and I don't understand why the manufacturer doesn't do the appropriate amount of research on this! :teeth:
Threw? I mean, I am not trying to be Mr. Spellcheck or anything. But that alone disqualifies me as a potential buyer. And I was looking for a large Easter type rabbit to put in my city park for the little plastic kids to tag. Drat it all.
Funny thing is I've seen this listed in the N Scale Category for the last several months! Do they no do any research?
Must have made mistake upon initial listing, then continually renewed the listing without realizing their mistake. Sent from my LG-P930 using Tapatalk 2
