Modify old pc power supply for use on my layout

    Hi I am currently building my long dreamt of layout and have hit a snag :(

    After months off planning and trying to keep cost to a minimum I have found the perfect power supply for my detection & signal circuits circuits, an old PC power supply with a nominal output at 5Vdc of about 15amps.

    Now my problem is the fool thing requires a small insignificant mod to work correctly and I have seen and read it on a web page while I was hunting circuits, but do you think I can find it again :mad:.

    If anybody knows where I can find it or knows the mod could they please drop me a line as until I can mod the fool thing I have a control station which is useless (wee maybe just the power supply) and I need to test circuits.
