Modeling Canada's Crossbucks

Does anyone know how to model crossbucks that are used in Canada (simple white with a red border) in N scale? I don't think any manufacturer has made these.

Could you just resize this and print it out, then build up your crossbucks paint 'em white and glue the printed faces on?

Funny, I could not sleep last night so started on this sheet of cross bucks and other Right of way signs. If you think of some more that I could include let me know. Need to get the decals done next
