AHA- someone else who cares not about mixing Germany and Pennsylvania. It is the FALLER N 2190. I purchased it at no discount whatsoever last winter at a LHS. It was not cheap. It is plastic, obviously. However, stacking it against the other few kits that I have made, the parts fit, paint and weather like a dream.
