Two huge concrete arch bridges in Rosalia, mile or two east you have these. Typically, bridge sections removed. However, following the map with the thick red line east, we found it to be a thin red line road (St. John's Road), for miles and miles, gravel, to dirt, to sand (2WD!), finally popping up onto the Milwaukee roadbed, through a curving cut after a fill, and onto the pavement at Pandora (where a large trestle is fully removed except for one bank). As far as I know, that is supposedly all park of the "trail" owned by the State. Wish I could quickly find a good map of it. I know one large steel viaduct, ("Cow Creek") was removed. I can understand a safety issue there. But didn't know anything else was gone. That may be a local farmer getting away with a quick sneak take out.
