    That was a pretty decent scan of that flimsy- Form 19 blank order sheets aren't exactly printed on the best paper.

    I'd take a wild guess it's something close to Cal-lay? Hard to say how a name gets adapted to a regional use or dialect.

    Many people couldn't guess names from my corner of the world. How about: Snoqualmie, Chenois, Sequim..............?
