Hello all... another one for the ATSF experts out there... I'm seeking dimensions for the ATSF water tower(s)...of the type that used to stand out at Dalies, NM...where the Glorieta sub connected with the Belen cutoff... It's a very simple design, and I know I've seen others similar to it, so it must have been a 'stock' ATSF design...(I seem to remember one out at Negra, on the Clovis sub) Would be very grateful if anyone has any info or can steer me to a site...( I've tried on-line at ATSF Historical, and Q-station... Vol 3 of Santa Fe System Standards shows plans for 16' dia. water treating tank (p322). a plan for 24' dia treatment tank that is for the 30', 45' and 60' heights is on (page334) plans for standard 24' diameter water tanks for 30', 45' or 60' heights on (page326).
