Has anyone tried using Atlas Code 55 switches with Micro Engineering flex track?
Atlas has a better selection of switches then ME, so I am trying to figure out if I should go with Atlas or Handlayed switches.

This is exactly what I use. ME flex and Atlas turnouts.

The #5's might need the flangeways widened a little to fit the NMRA gauge. All my #7's seem fine though.

My layout is done this way as well...
No complaints aside from the occasional bad Atlas turnout.

No changes yet. :( Been working too many hours at night and sleeping most of my day away.
Next trip to the lumber yard will be to get plywood, and then I will post some new photos. Maybe this weekend. :D

Well, headed to Lowes, to get some plywood today, but their saw was broken. :(
No way to get 4X8ft sheets into a Hyundia Elantra, so I guess it diesel detailing weekend! :D

That's a bummer...nothing like having your projects on hold due to lack of supplies  [IMG] !

But on the bright side, another detailed JD masterpiece is in making!! I'm sure you'll share some pics, right??
