Maternity & Paternity Leave

My Wife just asked me what kind of Paternity Leave if any that the BNSF has for it's employees. I am planning on being a dispatcher in Texas and we are planning a family soon after I start. Any info would be helpful Thank you

 

Man, I wish my company had Paternity leave.

 

There is more than one type of FMLA. Make sure you get the right type.

Also do that checking before the "bun is in the
oven". I believe there is some sort of a "tenure" clause involved. IOW you have to have some time in with the company before you can be granted leave.
