For the Santa Fe cabooses, mid '50s to '60s, what was the correct color of the marker light lenses? Most models I see have red/yellow/yellow, but Googling "Santa Fe railroad marker lights" shows them either red/yellow/yellow or red/green/green (with the former seeming to be the more prevalent). I would think the marker light colors would at least be standard across the Santa Fe system....can anyone shed a light on this?

Usually there were four lenses on a caboose marker lantern. If someone has a rule book for the time period, that should have an exact explanation.

When on home rails, the Santa Fe was red to the rear and yellow forward and to the side. When running on track rights via SP they were required to display green instead of yellow to front and side. Examples of SP running were over Tehachapi in California and between Houston and Rosenberg in Texas.
