Added a handheld unit to the microcontroller throttle that I posted Feb 15. Don`t need to do anything special to have memory when you unplug to go to another part of the layout. It automatically exists. The microcontroller works off normally open pushbuttons and it doesn`t see any difference between the handheld being plugged in or not. I have let a train run for 30 minutes with the handheld unplugged without any slowing down. No change in the C++ throttle code is needed for the walkaround.

I have developed the C++ code for using R/C servos to throw turnouts. The fast 60 degree sweep has been slowed down to a two second 5 degree sweep. The largest hobby magazine in this field wants to see my article based on using a microcontroller and servos. No guarentee they will buy the article but out of respect for copyright laws I will not place anything in the Turnout Servo folder on my website until the magazine makes a decision one way or the other.
