This loco belongs to the Minnesota Commercial Railraoad...a small railroad here in the Twin Cities that shuttles traffic between area yards and also has a few online customers. I believe this loco is sitting just off Cleveland Ave in Saint Paul but I could be wrong. For the record, this photo is not mine.
