And here is the updated Long Valley Branch Track Plan.

    Long Valley Track Plan 3.jpg

As mentioned in the above post, the track that runs through the tunnel still exists, a thin piece of card stock has been placed over the track and tunnel portal with a backdrop glued to the vertical portion of the card stock and ground foam and scenery material applied to the horizontal portion of the card stock, creating the Coal Creek Spur. This piece of card stock is actually being held to the layout via track nails, allowing the new scenery to be removable if at some point in the future I'd want to restore the roundy round track.

Last bit of layout update is I've finally added some signs to the buildings in Long Valley that were missing signage.

The P&WV equipment is interesting. Not one that gets produced a lot in n scale. I have a 3 car set that was special run (Micro Trains) that Brooklyn Locomotive Works commissioned, but I've never really seen too much else. The locomotive you have looks really nice!

Thank You Many Trains for the compliments. I also have that 3 car boxcar set commissioned by Brooklyn Locomotive Works. I also own the two car 2 bay covered hopper set from Atlas, plus the additional car. The three car 2 bay open hopper set from Atlas and the 2 bay (red / orange) open hopper from Micro-Trains. The P&WV caboose is an old Life-Like model that I added windows and Micro-Trains couplers. The FM H16-44 is a Bachmann model that I custom painted into the P&WV paint scheme and added decals from Great Decals. The gondola's are Micro-Trains models that I painted and decaled into the P&WV paint scheme using decals from K4 decals. Also the AC&Y (sister FM road to the P&WV) boxcar is from Micro-Trains and the 2 bay covered hopper is from Atlas.

You did a great job on the painting - I thought it was a factory job!

You know the old saying, variety is the spice of life [IMG] There has been another time and location shift on the Long Valley Branch.
Welcome to the Pine Tree State. The Long Valley Branch now exists some where off the Maine Central's Mountain Sub-Division in the state of Maine, during the summer of 1974.

Here is the updated Track Schematic and Track Plan.
