I'm hopeful that someone could figure out how to do such a project ! Tom
Your trucks are not only too far apart, but each truck itself has wheels too big and a wheelbase too long. Even the 90 tonner has trucks smaller than AAR switcher trucks. You have AAR road trucks.
To start with I would obtain all the measurements of the chosen unit. Then for a mechanism you could adapt either a Bmann 44 or 70 tonner and possibly modify the body. For the larger unit I would look to a RS-1 chassis and body. Option two would be to explore the possibilities of using one of the many Japanese power chassis that would have the needed dimensions to fit a body.
