I wish I were more like Stourbridge Lion, above, but the fact is my wallet's girth is inversely proportional to both my train roster and my waist size.

I am still young in the hobby, so I have a mish-mash of about seven roads, plus two Athearn Genesis SD-75M with warbonnet theme and sound decoders (QSI Revolution and a Tsumami in the other).

Here is the list, and it will grow by a BLI Paragon 2 Q2 from the Pennsy within 10 weeks.

C&O H-8 Alleghenny, yanked the LokSound and inserted Tsunami "heavy". LokSound's only problem was incorrect sound files...otherwise a great decoder!!!

NYC H-6 Mikado with Loksound (nice, lighter than I would expect...use Bull Frog Snot, and it works well now.)

Lionel -

UP Challenger #3984 with QSI. It's a greyhound with elephant ears. Light on the details for this otherwise fine hauler...good solid performer.

Aside from the Q2 due in a couple of months (?), I have BLI's UP 9000 4-12-2 on pre-order as well. At that point, I am resolved to stop and do strict replacement purchasing, or swaps/sales to finance any new engines. It is expensive on this treadmill called "acquisitiveness."

I model primarily Rio Grande and Southern Pacific steam during the WWII-Korean conflict era, with a few 'loaner' roads mixed in.

My steam roster is very heavily skewed to brass imports, considering that's about the only way you can get accurate Rio Grande (and a lot of SP) standard gauge steam.
