Hey Guys I've been trying to get in touch with Lifelikes Consumer Service Department for the past week and all I get is a busy signal. I need to order some replacement parts for my SW9/12. Has anyone been successful at contacting them? I'm calling the 800 number listed on the assembly instructions, BTW. Thanks for any help 2slim
I'm not sure if it is still active but... Try sending then an email at orders@lifelikeproducts.com . It worked for me when the phone was never answered.
