I have a layout that is wired for blocks using Atlas Connectors. Do I have to re-wire for DCC or just open all the blocks and run it with DCC? I am leaning toward the Lenz 01 system. Jerry
Just open all the blocks onto one throttle and you are away to the races. Oh... you need one track to be isolated so that you can program on it. If you didn't do that then everytime you programmed an engine, all the other engines on the layout would be programmed as well...this is not a good thing.....lol.
Jerry, Welcome to the board . What rsn48 is correct. But after awhile, I'd begin to replace the Atlas connectors, just so you don't bump one and flip a block over.
