I've been working on my benchwork for the last few weeks and it's coming along nicely... about 1/2 done. My wife bought me my first locomotive for Christmas: a Kato SD40-2 "Snoot" in CP Rail colours. I can't wait to get some track down. That's about all I've done lately. Now that I've got a loco, I've GOT to get some track down. D6
Your moving along !! Thanks for the update (maybe it will inspire me to brave the cold in my garage and get some of my own track down!!) Happy Modeling!! John ------------------ The Santa Fe and Southwestern, Chief of the Southwest!!
Hey Deepsixx, you forgot to mention whether your wife got a hug around her neck for that new snorting beast you need track for! At least put a length of track on the kitchen cabinet, hook up temporary power and move the SD40 from one end to the other to show her what this engine will do! Get with the program Pilgru-u-u-mm!! YOHOO TRACK GANG!!! If you need help, just holler- (There must be a few of us that will come hug her neck for you while you play trains) snicker snarff snort gnauph choke hee hee ------------------ Watash #982
