Many of you know I've been through a lot over the past 3+ years. My love has been there behind me pushing, beside me sharing, and in front of me leading all the way. The Ring: Close Up: What more can I say?
I was sure this was going to be an announcement that you were converting the entire first floor of the house into one monster layout... J/K! That's fantastic! Congratulations, and may you share many, many years together as "one"!
Congrats Steve ! She is a lovely lady...and she likes trains...you're lucky to have her... Life is good ^5
My congrats to you and Lady Grandure go out as well. May you and her run those trains for a lifetime!
Having a hobby like model railroading is one of the great stress reliefs of life. Having a great woman that supports and understands your hobby is another one of those great things and somebody to share in your fun. Just remember that She is the CEO and President of the road. Congratulations.
Um, er, well, ahhh, now that you mention it, < pregnant pause > < Deep Sigh > I'll be cutting back the depth of the last expansion by about 12"s. The things we do for love.
Tell me about it! I sold my N scale OMI Little Joe to buy the ring. Now that we are married I have packed up the train room and will be relocating most of it to the garage so she can have the former train room for a study/future baby room (hopefully). Congrats to you both! May you enjoy MANY happy years of marriage!
< bemused grin > Yes, and no. Today alone she saved me $30 um, (when she noticed that I did not get the sale price on - (I can't tell you here), that I was buying for her, (or myself depending on how you look at it), which paid for the $25 breakfast. Every month she saves me $30 (on cable fees), um, which pays for her cell phone But seriously? Yes, she has a Masters in computer science / mathematics Her extremely well organized brain saves me at least twice the cost of the ring every year.
