Kudos’s to one of this site’s member and a kit manufacture…..Rich with RS Laser Kits. I am scratching building a freight house and had ordered the doors and windows from Rich. I will have time Saturday to work on the project and Rich advised that the windows and doors were placed in the mail on Monday. Now, he is in Oregon and I am in Texas, which means that the ever popular U.S. Postage Service will take its own sweet time in getting the mail to me. Rich had advised that if the doors and windows do not arrive by Friday, he would email me the drawings that are used for the laser cutting so that I can move forward on cutting out the doors and windows in the side wall. The drawing has arrived (the door and windows are still someplace between Oregon and Texas) and I now have something to do while I watch the Final 4 Basketball Tournament. Now that is customer care above and beyond the call of duty.
