    I was putting together one of Northeastern Scale Models laser cut kits and discover some parts were missing. (it was a design flaw, not a packing issue)

    I sent them an email on Sunday evening pointing out the problem. They sent a reply Monday morning. They apologized for the error and said that it had been corrected, but that a number of the kits had been shipped to dealers before they had discovered the flaw. They said they would send the needed parts right out, and I received them in the mail on Wednesday. Outstanding customer service!
