Kato F7s

    Will an older run Kato F7 shell fit on a new Kato F7 mechanism with no modifications? Are the shells from the older ones and the newer ones the same? Any help would be appreciated.

    You can interchange shells with a very slight internal modification.

    I found you will need to change out the glass for the side portholes. These are what holds the shell to the frame. The ones for the older mech will not work for holding the shell onto the newer mech.
