Jeremiah, I have been out of modeling and photography for some time. I wanted to finish up an article on kitbashing BN B30-7A units. Do you remember what settings you used on your Fuji camera to get this kind of resolution. Monkeyed with my camera for about 15minutes before the kids started fighting. When are you going to Great Falls. You seem to jump from one Rail Road town to another. So are your BN days gone?
Great Falls, MT-bound in January '06. I used a handheld trouble light, like you use under the hood of the car, coupled with a beanbag, and the camera timer set. I forget what apertures and such I was using, may have been program auto, using the f8 or something large. Hope that helps! Are my BN days over? Nah, I still plan to roster a large fleet of BN rolling stock, as well as several BN 6-motor units. The Rio Grande fleet will dominate, but BN trackage rights trains will also appear on a frequent basis. The B30-7A's will eventually get finished, maybe after you put an article into NSR mag!
