Yes it's Monday and the long weekend comes to an end, did anyone get any modeling done?

For not having anything planned I got alot done. Prepped an RS-11 & F7A on Sat. Added details Sun. and today I painted both so later time permitting I will decal them. [IMG]

Hope everyone had a great weekend [IMG]

I did manage to run trains to get out of the heat in the [IMG] basement!

My lumber showed up early Saturday afternoon, just as promised. I am building my layout as some modular tables, primarily so I can do the dirty construction work in the garage then easily move the pieces into the spare upstairs bedroom. I managed to put in about 8-10 hours over the three day weekend. I completed the basic frames for all 7 tables and made some good progress on cutting the hardboard for the fascia and backdrops. I feel good about my progress.

I finally got my transistor throttle running! It's been a long, tough struggle. But thanks to Fred Horne at the Armadillo Western RR, it's finally working. Now I can get back to laying track, building and painting structures, and all the other fun projects that have been on hold while I got this going.

    Thank you, Fred!

    Fiatfan,

How has Fred been doing? Is he still making progress on the AWRR? I have his web page book marked. He must be really busy over the last year as he hasn't updated his RR page.

    Brian:

I was able to weather a few boxcars and change the wheel sets to Atlas 33" metal wheel sets. ( N scale).
