You guys humble me with the amount of work and the things that can be done in this world. Just getting started in this hobby at 40 years old but have always been a bit of an artist, so I just love bringing all of this creativity out and seeing all the work you're doing is inspiring!

I made a little progress over the weekend on my layout, made 36 more giant pine trees, built an extra L off of my main table to put a train yard, built a little warehouse for it, and got the tracks mostly laid out for that part. I made the end open so that I may add on to the other side of this table eventually.

I also ripped up an entire corner of track where it was just off level enough that my one 6 wheel SD70 kept derailing. I noticed the outside rail was maybe 1mm lower than the inside rail and that was causing the issue, so I scraped out the ballast and propped up the track to re-level it, then glued and reballasted the track and that fixed up the issue!

I rather enjoy just watching the train go around the loop as it is, but being able to create and work and tweak things just brings so much more joy, and it's the little things in life that you must enjoy.
