    We've made it full circle once again and it's the weekend. What do you have planned?

    For me it will be a weekend of N scale as a few of my fellow club members and I head to Columbus Ohio for the N Scale Weekend. I worked hard this past week and now have five T-Trak modules ready to go. One is just a flat grass top but at least it is not bare plywood. I'll try to behave, but N scale offers so much in the way of temptation. Of course the usual activities of pizza and beer will take place as well as countless railfan and other stories will be spun. All in all, a good break from my daily retail routine.

    Now looking at the time, I got to pack so let us know what you have planned for the weekend. If your headed my way, stop by the T-Trak modules and say hi! We'll be back on Monday the 18th to see how we all did. Until then, have a great weekend, stay safe and...

    High Greens!

    Jim, I look forward to seeing your modules and running with you this weekend as my duties as registration desk allow. Welcome to all who attend the Ohio N-scale Weekend, it is looking like a great show and lots of fun. Almost time to leave to mark the buildings and set up the registration area. Truck is all packed and so is the SUV. later, Craig

    Jim, just wonder if you have videos or photos of your activities somewhere?

    I am trying to pull off my new hillside and got some done during the week, hopefully get more done this weekend:

    Here is a picture of the rock outcroppings and joint compound product:

    [IMG]

    Here I am trying to figure out how to use them, have a base coat of compound on to adhere the rocks to:

    I have the rocks stuck in place, still need to blend them together and also add vegetation and paint;

    Wondering if this thing is going to work or not?

    This weekend I will try to blend them together with some more compound but probably won't get any paint on.

    It's a long weekend for us Canucks, so I'll be out and about in addition to messing around with my trains. I'll have my camera just in case I spot something interesting. In between my various tramping about, there will be, hopefully, some work done on GTW GP18 4703.

    My 2 year old son Landon playing with his Lionel Little Lines train set we got him for his birthday a couple of weeks ago. Not much planned for the weekend, festivals going on in the next town over. We will be enjoying that most of the time.

    I got grabs installed on 5 of 6 tichy panel side hoppers. I could install brake wheels in the morning, that about all I'd have time to do this weekend.

    ^ Nice panel hoppers

    Well, this weekend the drywall guys are coming back to tape and mud the train room walls. I have 3 hoppers I've painted that I plan on decalling while the work in the train room progresses.

    Hey Ken, you bet. I got a lot of great pictures I think I can add on as attachments here so I will see what I can do to post some up.

    Logandsawman, I certainly will. I have had trouble with my Railimages account for the last year but thanks to Ken and Russel's help, we have determined it is something with my computer not Railimages. So work continues to figure out what bug is glitching my system so I can share my images with fellow Trainboard Members.
