Well another work week is about over for 90% of us who do the 9-5 thing. Are you ready for a weekend? No modeling trains this weekend for me as we will be watching Jared's last soccer games of the year. He has games on Saturday and Sunday and that will make it difficult to get any train related things done. I do hope to get a bit of modeling done maybe Sunday night but time will tell. How about you? Do yo have plans this weekend? Let us know! We'll assemble once again on Monday the 13th and see how we all did. Until, have a great weekend, stay safe and... High Greens!
Well, these next couple of weekends will be slow on the modeling front. Tomorrow we will be celebrating our Granddaughters second birthday. Sunday I have a couple of honey do's. Then the Nascar race. So, I will be working on some buildings -- I hope. Ya'll have a great weekend, Wolf
Last of the wiring - the roundhouse tracks. Then on to adding Kadee couplers, metal wheelsets, and planting some uncoupling magnets Actual operation beckons!
There are four locomotives for the Longview Kelso & Rainier Ry. that I'm working on. Decals and handrails to be done on two GP30's a GP50 and a SW7b. These are finished locomotives
I don't know if I'll get to any trains this weekend. Sunday, my buddy and I are going to see some WWII planes that will be on display in Concord, Ca, My friend has plow in a B17 that will be there and I have a model of the bomber that I'm going to build and give to him.
I got the N&W SD40-2 painted that I replaced the nose on last week, so the plan this weekend is to get the new decals on. Since I already did all the other modifications earlier thinking the nose was correct, some light weathering will complete the model.
