We're back and here we are with a brand new Trainboard! Special thanks to Charlie and many others who spent countless hours getting the new site up on the high iron. Let's get to it! My new job has me working in Bloomington starting at 5:00 am which means I'll be off around 1:30 pm. I have to work Saturday too but my weekend will be Sunday and Monday. We had a great time at Galesburg and the modules worked great without any problems. This weekend I plan to install the new DCC system from NCE as well as fine tune a few things. I got to get the shop cleanup as well as the show last week brought about plenty of new customers. So how about you? What do you have planned this weekend? Let us know! I have a hankering to mosey on over to my LHS for a few things that have been on the shopping list for a while. Maybe an impulse buy just for the heck of it. And a happy Independence Day to all our American friends, from us Canucks who just celebrated our own day on Wednesday.
3 day weekend. Plan on finishing all of the "sky-blue" painting and starting the mountain backdrop in the train room. Quite a bit of work building a new train room. It is also difficult finishing a room before building the layout. I want to run trains. NOW. But when I'm done it will be worth it. Albemarle Division version3 has been a long time coming. Hope everyone has a safe and relaxing 4th.
Have barely started on an HOn30 critter conversion, which uses the Bachmann 44 tonner. Have had this waiting for several years now, time to get rolling.
