Jim, I apologize for high-jacking your great weekly thread. You have no idea how much it has helped my sanity to let this out. It has been extremely rough as I never went through this with anyone before.
Carl -- thoughts and prayers for you and your wife and family -- congrats on getting her back and on your 60th! TIM
(weekend plans -- written on saturday afternoon) Friday -- Spent most of the day friday modeling a container moving crane. The modeling is mostly done as you can see, now its just getting the colors and details on it Saturday Morning is breakfast with a group of friends, and then home for a special bakery treat with Mom and Dad. Usually I end up taking a nap afterwards, which is whats happened today. Now I'm up again -- planning to work on finishing up the crane project, and maybe run some trains on the DLSRG, also qualifying and practice for the Busch Light Clash (NASCAR race) is this afternoon / evening, so I'll probably watch that -- Sunday morning is church, more digital model railroading, or Architecture work (Im doing a scaled down version of the Inn at old faithful, or iracing -- that will consume most of the day, in the evening is the Bush Light Clash race, so Im looking forward to that Have a great day TIM

Carl, you are in my thoughts and prayers for your wife, I hope she gets better and that you can get back to modeling as soon as possible. Friday I took my wife to the Retina Specialist to confirm she could have her cataract replaced since she has macular degeneration and that at one time the cataract surgery was thought to cause blindness in people with macular degeneration. She was told she could have the procedure done but that the dry macular degeneration in her right eye had changed to the wet kind and received an injection in the eye to help with the wet kind. She will have to have these injections for the next three months and see how it goes. Rick Jesionowski
Carl... our thoughts are with you. Falls are scary. Mrs. Kitbash has fallen twice this year. I sincerely wish and pray for Mrs. Carl's good outcome and peace of mind to you both.
