A father presented a gift of a son by his mother. Nothing finer then perhaps presented with a daughter. Now, you can hold them to your chest swearing to love and protect them and then one day comes and you can only hold them in your heart. Now you need a scroll saw and a nice air brush to make wooden trains for the baby! That old compressor won't do, need a new one. Oh yeah, you need a table saw and a nailer gun to make a train platform for the Thomas train stuff. A complete carving set and a workbench, and a part of the basement so you can work on the project quickly... :w20z6q:
Congrats to you and your wife (who did all the work). Your lives are forever changed. Like Pete, it has been a long time for me and my wife, 42 years. But now we have grandkids to spoil. Gee, one of the grandkids is married already. Heck, I might be a great grumpy grampa soon! Seriously, enjoy the upbringing. It will be filled with joys and sorrows, but you will look back someday with wonderful memories, which are just now starting for you.
