Good Morning once again! The weekend is on the horizon and with it comes the hopes and dreams of all model railroad projects and plans. So what do you have planned for the weekend? If I’m lucky, I’ll look at the new Athearn Genesis BN unit I purchased back in August! For the rest of you, let us know what you have planned. Lots planned. We will see what happens. I have a trestle, 2 dumpsters, and two outhouses needing to be built. The lake is partially completed. Lots of other things to do before the show next weekend.
We have our Granddaughter tonight and tomorrow - so, not much is going to happen modeling wise until she's picked up. But, I am going to put the Lark on hold --- I am going to work on my new DS-4-4-1000 -- she is going to receive Tiger stripes. About the only extra details I can think of adding are windshield wipers -- any other thoughts - ? Hope Y'all have a great weekend, Wolf
We have FSU coming to town tomorrow, so I'll be at that game all afternoon. Hopefully, I'll most of Sunday and little bit tomorrow for trains. Sunday AM I'll probably head to the Raleigh Train Show for an hour or 2. The rest of the train time I hope to start power wiring turnout frogs to the Tortoise machines I've have in.
