    I had an Intermountain F3B unit that was a noisy runner. The A unit was marvelous. I contacted Intermountain customer support (as suggested here) via e-mail and Jerry Harkness responded promptly. He expressed his sincere regrets that I had a problem, and urged me to mail it back for repair. I got the unit back within 3 weeks and it's now running silently, just like its partner.

    This is customer service at its finest and I'm more than happy to give praise where it belongs.

    I've always found that Intermountain always had great customer service and Jerry is very responsive to all problems with any Intermountain merchandise.

    Stay cool and run steam.....:cool: :cool:
