I have a 0-4-0 Saddletank Switcher that seems to have one speed... Warp speed, it there an aftermarket gear set or motor to tame this beast down? thanks JD
JD, I don't know of one re-gearing set for the IHC or the Rivarossi, or even the Bowser 0-4-0, besides the Bowser one has a decent gearing to it.. But the rest I'm not sure about! But If it was looked at the right way I'm almost sure one could tame its speed down to run at really low speeds! I'm sure someone may know of something for this.. If not, an the right person got ahold of it, I know that people have re-geared these loco's to make them run slower an still have power.....As I have slowed the 4 I have way down by making my own gear boxes an all to triple reduction.
