Hmm! Maybe he's out "Truck Hunting"? (see quote below) I guess I was wrong, I thought that was something one did in Wisconsin, along the bluffs of the Mississippi. I'm not sure I remember all of it though. There was a lot of Leinies and Walters Light Cream Ale and ....it was 20 years ago.
I already own 5 Kato SD70MAC's. They are AWESOME Locomotives. As for the Athearn's. No way. There junk. I bought one and had it sent back. The damn thing fell apart as I got it out of the box. I do own two Athearn SD75M's. Very good Locomotives I must say. Athearn does have very good Locomotives. But some are just as bad as they look. The Kato's are very Powerfull pullers. Very heavy and Awesome. The Athearn's are way too light weight.
The whole idea of my post was to belittle the "my Chevy is better than your Ford" attitude. It was kind of a light hearted, tounge-in-cheek poke at that mindset. It doesn't look like I suceeded.
