I just have a simple question for an admin and would like to ask something without making a public post. Who is the best person to message here?
Just click on the "Inbox" at the upper right hand part of the screen. Select "Start a new conversation." Pick one of the active staff members and ask your question. If they can't answer it, they will repeat the question in the Staff discussion forum where the appropriate staff member will take it from there.
You can do like Russell said, I would be willing to entertain your question as well as Ken (BoxcabE50). Alternatively, contactus@trainboard.com will send an email to the site owner who can then direct it as appropriate.
