I have 60 stored messages. I don't know how to delete some or all to make room for new mail...What do I click on to to show them all...?
Remember that you'll also want to look at your accumulated Sent Messages. What do you have for Inbox- One full page, plus part of another? At the right side of the page, to the right of each unopened message, there should be a check box. IF you wish to delete a message, select that check box. Do as many as you wish to delete. Then down below the last message, there is a "Select" button, when you click that, it should offer you the option to delete, save via download, etc. When you click the final delete, it is gone, forever....
Oh, then maybe it's my sent box that is full and thus won't allow me to 'send' as it can't retain my letters as sent items, a function of the system...I'll go look at that now..Thanks...
Yep , that was the problem..I thought we are alloted 60 in and 60 out= 120...No.. It's 60 total ...I just cleared out about 20 'sent'. Inbox had only 1..I guess I deleted all the others and thought I now had 59 more until full..Wrong.. Thanks, got it now ! Mark
